MONMOUTH – Announcement is made of the engagement of Carrie Gagne and Ed Pellerin, both of Springvale.

Miss Gagne is the daughter of Kelley and Robert St. Michel of Monmouth and Richard Gagne of Springhill, Fla. She received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Maine at Orono.

Mr. Pellerin is the son of Andy and Lucette Pellerin of Saco. He received a bachelor’s degree in construction management from the University of Maine at Orono. He is currently employed for William A. Berry and Sons of Boston.

The wedding is scheduled for Sept. 20 in Portland, with a reception to follow in Saco.
