• Richard Allen Turner, 47, of Hartford, Nov. 30, violation of conditions of release, no bail listed as of Dec. 3, Maine State Police.

• Peter Wayne Cole, 36, of Rumford, Nov. 30, violation of a protection from abuse order, $300 bail, Maine State Police.

• Cecil S. Ireland, 28, of Limestone, Dec. 1, Aroostock County warrants for unpaid fines for operating after suspension and operating with a suspended registration, $610 total bail, Maine State Police.

• Roy D. McGraw, 45, of Rumford, Dec. 2, operating under the influence (third offense), $1,000 bail, Rumford police.

• Mark Andrew Francis, 32, of Paris, Dec. 2, operating under the influence, $500 unsecured bail, Paris police.
