Christmas sale

WEST PARIS – The annual Christmas sale at Ledgeview Living Center will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, Dec. 10 to 13, and from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 14. There will be hand crafts, baked goods and turnovers will be made daily.

Seniors party

BETHEL – The Bethel Senior Citizens Club Christmas party will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12, at the Bethel Inn. The cost of dinner is $9 for members and $11 for non-members. Women are to ring a gift for a woman and men for a man. Entertainment will be provided by Four on a Match.

Holiday event

WATERFORD – A gala holiday celebration will take place at 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, at the Wilkins Community House at the foot of Plummer Hill. Residents are invited to bring family and friends and a favorite main dish, salad or dessert to share. Breads and beverages will be provided.

After the supper, a program of holiday music will be performed by a community choir and local musicians.

The Wilkins House is available for folks to use for many occasions. This summer a new roof had to be put on, so donations will be accepted to benefit the maintenance fund. For more information, call 583-2509.
