Auburn

• Kyle R. Maillet, 21, of 34 Heikon Drive, Turner, lost control of his vehicle which spun on the Hersey Hill Road at 4:40 p.m. Saturday and crashed into a tree, police said. Maillet, who was wearing his seatbelt and his airbags deployed, was not injured, police said. Estimated damage to his vehicle was $9,000.
