LEWISTON – An award-winning documentary film that chronicles the lives of Somali Bantus as they are relocated from Africa to America will be shown at 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, in Callahan Hall at the Lewiston Public Library. Admission is free.

The showing of “Rain in a Dry Land” is co-sponsored by the Somali Bantu Community Mutual Assistance Association. The film will be followed by a question-and-answer session with Sheikh Mohamed and other members of the local Somali Bantu community. For more information, phone 513-3135.
