I write this letter just several days after President Bush was caught actively misleading the nation on events in Iran. As he did in 2002 and 2003, he had trotted out the weapons of mass destruction, but this time it was his own intelligence agencies that caught him lying in order to get the U.S. involved in another reckless and disastrous war. His case for war has been shown to be a pack of lies.

Is there no end to the man’s pathological lying? Why is this man, whose ignorance and lack of intelligence comes across every time he opens his mouth, still president? George Bush must be impeached and then removed from office to stop him from wreaking more destruction on the world.

He, and the senators (such as our very own Susan Collins), who lack courage to stand up to the emperor with no clothes, must be held responsible for the terrible, meaningless loss of both American and Iraqi lives.

As for Sen. Susan Collins, I suggest turning the scoundrel out of office next year. Haven’t we had enough of George Bush and his buddies?
