NORWAY – Marilyn Eaton Cossar Fitzherbert, 78, of South Paris, died suddenly Monday, Dec. 10, at Stephens Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Exeter, on Jan. 4, 1929, the daughter of Orrin and Alice Quimby Eaton. She came from a family of seven. She had worked as a certified nurse’s aide. She loved camping, crocheting and crossword puzzles. She married Percy Cossar. She later married Delbert L. Fitzherbert.
She is survived by four children, Sandra J. Eldridge of Naples, Rhonda L. Cossar of Raymond, Gary L. Cossar of South Paris and James O. Cossar and his wife, Darlene, of West Paris; a stepdaughter, Sharon (Fitzherbert) Hall and her husband, Fred, of Dresden; three brothers, Paul, Millard and Maynard Eaton, all of Exeter; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Delbert Fitzherbert; two sisters, Dorathy Reed and Claudine Richard; and a brother, Karl Eaton.
