FRAMINGHAM, Mass. – George A. Yorks of Framingham, Mass., died Dec. 12.

He was born March 18, 1933. He was formerly of Auburn.

He was the beloved husband of Miriam (Strauss) and the late Paula (Brown); devoted father of Robin Hanley and her husband, Dean of Boston, Mass., Jonathan O. Yorks and his wife, Susan of Marblehead, Mass., and Matthew A. Yorks and his wife, Brenda of Westlake, La.; dear grandfather “Zayde” of Nathaniel Richman, Jordan, Jessica, Allyson, Brett and Charles Yorks and Felicity Hanley; and loving brother of the late June Y. Rosen.
