LINCOLN, N.H. (AP) – High winds knocked a ski gondola off its track at Loon Mountain during Sunday’s storm.

Loon Mountain said the problem stranded 75 people in a string of gondola cars.

The ski area says the gondola derailed at 9 a.m. while it was close to the summit. It took an hour and a half to get everyone off safely.

The high winds forced the ski area to close Sunday.
