AUBURN – Patricia ‘Patti’ Barry, of 59 Whitney St., Auburn, died Dec. 12, at Androscoggin Home Care & Hospice, after a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born in Lowell, Mass., and attended Notre Dame Academy and Northeastern University in Boston. She was employed as a bartender at The Poland Spring Motel in Poland. She was then marketing manager at ServiceMaster in Oxford.
Patti was known for helping those in need, her love of animals and gardening. She was born the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. John Barry, who predeceased her. She was the sister of Kate Barry of Phippsburg, and Maureen Belash of Needham, Mass.
Patti also leaves her extended family, Dorothy ‘Dot’ Austin and Robert ‘Bob’ Nason of 59 Whitney St., Auburn.
Special thanks to the Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice on Stetson Road in Auburn and to Dr. Austin and staff for the loving care they gave her for her three-month stay.
Memorial services will take place at a later date.
