LEWISTON – Therese M. (Berube) Parent, 80, of Lewiston died Wednesday, Dec. 5, at Montello Manor with her family by her side.

She was born in Lewiston July 8, 1927, the daughter of Alphonse and Marie (Roy) Berube. She had worked most of her life for Bates Mill, retiring when the mill closed. She was a member of The Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul.

She is survived by two brothers, Gerard Berube of Lewiston and Gilbert Berube and his wife, Rita, of Lewiston; many nieces and nephews; and the members of her former husband’s family the Parent’s of Lewiston.

The family would like to thank Montello Manor, Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice and Dr. Anne Brown for the professional care extended to Therese.
