Thefts
A Dell Latitude laptop and a silver iPod were stolen from the coat room at Chase Hall between 10:30 and 11 p.m. on Dec. 13.
Four tires and aluminum rims were stolen from a Chevy Blazer parked across from the Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul overnight Dec. 13-14.
A purse was stolen from a vehicle parked at the Elks Club at 1675 Lisbon St. prior to midnight on Dec. 14.
A Mickey Mouse inflatable lawn ornament was stolen from 83 Morse Ave. prior to 9 p.m. on Dec. 15.
A light-up Christmas train lawn decoration was stolen from the lawn of 330 Pond Road overnight Dec. 15-16.
A red and white barn-shaped mailbox was stolen from 57 Rachel Blvd. overnight Dec. 15-16. A 3-foot-tall lighted snowman figure was left in its place.
A black stereo system and a black and red pedal bike were stolen from a storage area of 68 Wood St. sometime in the last two weeks.
Christmas lawn decorations were stolen from the yard at 28 Haley St. overnight Dec. 15-16.
Burglaries
A residence at 26 Columbia St. appears to have been burglarized by someone who used the residence to sleep and eat. This occurred sometime between Dec. 9 and Dec. 15. Entry was gained by breaking a basement window.
The construction office trailer at Lewiston High School was burglarized at 10:27 p.m. on Dec. 15. The entry door was pried open. Two suspects have been identified.
Criminal mischief
The rear of the Central Maine Medical Center building at 95 Spring St. was tagged with graffiti sometime within a week previous to Dec. 12.
A vehicle parked at 25 Sabattus St. had a window smashed out overnight Dec. 12-13.
A door window at 67 Oak St. was broken out by a snowball at 8:47 p.m. on Dec. 13.
A group of mailboxes at Shaw’s, 1047 Sabattus St., were smashed overnight Dec. 13-14.
Sugar was put into a gas tank of a car parked at 1 Buckley St. between Dec. 5-15
Two inflatable Christmas decorations at 41 Homefield St. were punctured and thrown into the road prior to 10:45 p.m. on Dec. 15.
Numerous mailboxes at 57 Rachel Blvd., 6 Saint Jerome St., and 2 Gilmar Ave. were smashed overnight Dec. 15-16.
Arson
A previously stolen vehicle was recovered on Lincoln Street at 5:33 p.m. on Dec. 15 after being set on fire. The vehicle was a total loss, suspects fled in a white Plymouth Acclaim.
Operating after suspension arrest
Billy Bryant, 34, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on Dec. 14 for operating a vehicle without a license at Webster Street and East Avenue following a routine traffic stop.
