PORTLAND – Olive Grace Fenlason Mitchell of Phillips died at the lovely age of 81.

She went home to be with the Lord on Monday, Dec 17, while bravely undertaking heart surgery at Maine Medical Center.

She was born July 6, 1926, in Fairfield, the daughter of Ada and Dexter Fenlason and wife of Chandler Libby and Herbert Mitchell, mother of Albert Libby, Jeanne Brown and baby Libby, all deceased prior to Olive.

She is survived by her sister, Eva Hinckley; three children, Barbara Mitchell, William Mitchell and Betty Palmer-Dunnam; eight grandchildren, Amy Przytulski, Albert Libby, Billy Mitchell, Jesse Palmer, Amanda Palmer, Cameron Mitchell, Jay Palmer, Amity Palmer, Jerry Palmer their loving spouses and significant others; and eight great-grandchildren, Krista, John, Mikel, Noah K., Noah J., Kaylen, Tyler, Riley. She also celebrated sharing life with several foster children, step-grandchildren, and loved them all dearly.
