FARMINGTON – Farmington Police Chief Richard E. Caton III has announced that Bonnie S. Pomeroy has been selected employee of the quarter for the summer of 2007.

Her work as office manager and her attention to details has assisted the officers in the department with their duties. In one case, she assisted an officer in solving a hit-and-run motor vehicle crash. This case may not have been resolved without her input.

In complaints that need minimal involvement of a police officer, such as lost or found items, Pomeroy completed the necessary paperwork for the officers, freeing their time to be involved in other police work.

This team effort assists the Farmington Police Department in meeting its mission of “Creating a Feeling of Safety for People within the Town of Farmington.”
