AUBURN – Memorial services honoring the life of David A. Wood were held Thursday from the Memorial Chapel of Dillingham & Son with the Rev. Joseph Mallozzi presiding. At the conclusion of services the U.S. Army honor detal played “taps” and presented our country’s flag to David’s wife, Bonnie in recognition of her husband’s service to his country during the Korean Conflict. A reception of fellowship was then held at Bonnie’s home in Auburn. Burial will be private at the Maine Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery in Augusta.
