BREWSTER, Mass. – The wedding of Lindsey Hirsch and Ross Bryant was held at 2:30 p.m., Nov. 3, during Hurricane Noel, with winds reaching 90 mph at Cape Cod Covenant Church in Brewster, Mass. The Rev. Thomas Nelson officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Bryant is the daughter of Paul and Sharon Hirsch of South Dennis, Mass. Mr. Bryant is the son of Steve Bryant of Auburn and the late Linda Bryant.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an ivory strapless satin gown and carried a bouquet of pink garden roses.

Anna Hirsch, sister of the bride, and Audrey Langlais, friend, served as honor attendants. Bridesmaids were Stephanie Doucette, sister of the bridegroom, and Amy Corrao, Katie Castonguay, Rebecca Barbo and Heather Oliva, friends. Madeline Bryant, niece, was flower girl.

Jeffrey Geiger performed the duties of best man for his friend. Ushers were Shawn and Zachary Bryant, brothers of the bridegroom, Robert Hirsch, brother of the bride, and Matthew Simard and Justin Erskine, friends. Trevor Work, friend, was ring bearer.

A reception followed at the West Dennis Yacht Club. The couple is planning a trip to Cancun, Mexico, during the Christmas and New Year season.

The bride is a 1999 graduate of St. Dominic High School and a 2003 graduate of St. Joseph’s College. She is working on her master’s degree in middle school math at the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth. She is a 7th-grade math teacher at Mattacheese Middle School in the Dennis Yarmouth Regional School District.

The bridegroom is a 1999 graduate of St. Dominic High School and a 2004 graduate of Clemson University. He is a network specialist at I-media Technology in Barnstable, Mass.
