LEWISTON – Louis L. Perreault, 66, of 66 Pettengill St., Lewiston, died Sunday, Dec. 23, at Central Maine Medical Center, after a short illness.

He was born in Lewiston on March 28, 1941, the son of Lorenzo and Rebecca Bourget Perreault. Educated in local schools, he was a graduate of Lewiston High School, and was married to the former Rita Bergeron. He was employed as a meat cutter at Shaw’s Supermarket for many years, retiring in 2003. A member of St. Joseph’s Parish, he enjoyed garage-saling with his wife, and also enjoyed heating his home with his woodstove.

Besides his wife of Lewiston, survivors include a son, David and wife, Kelly, of Greene; a daughter, Michele and husband, James Jellison, of Londonderry, N.H.; two sisters, Jeannette Gregoire of Lewiston and Constance and husband, James Wall, of Malvern, Pa.; and four grandchildren, Danielle and Marisa Jellison and Jesse and Krystin Perreault.
