Thefts

The wheels and tires from a vehicle parked at Pamco Shoe at 35 Beech St. were stolen overnight Dec. 21-22.

A vehicle parked at 240 Park St. was burglarized overnight Dec. 21-22. The vehicle was unlocked; a purse was taken from the glove box.

Burglaries

An apartment at 101 Birch St. was burglarized prior to 3 p.m. on Dec. 19. Christmas presents, prescription drugs and DVDs were stolen.

An apartment at 56 Shawmut St. was burglarized prior to 2 p.m. on Dec. 25. Medication and spare change were stolen.

An apartment at 60 Webster St. had the attic burglarized sometime prior to Dec. 25. An air conditioner and TV were taken.

An apartment at 248 Park St. was burglarized prior to 4 p.m. on Dec. 25. Several pieces of property were damaged inside.

Criminal Mischief

The bathroom at Marden’s was tagged with graffiti prior to 10:30 a.m. on Dec. 19.

The building at 1 Memorial Ave. was tagged with graffiti sometime prior to Dec. 21.

A vehicle parked at 131 Horton St. had a tire slashed overnight Dec. 21-22.

The gate at the Chestnut Street parking garage was damaged prior to 6 p.m. on Dec. 25.

Numerous mailboxes at 102 Morris Ave., 220 Stetson Road, 13 Amos Court, 838 College St., 81 Merrill Road, 250 Merrill Road, 7 Myrtle St., 1630 Main St., 322 Stetson Road, 56 North Temple St., and 10 Merrill Road were smashed overnight Dec. 23-24.

Two businesses at 4 Lisbon St. were tagged with graffiti overnight Dec. 22-23.

The walls of 177 Main St. were tagged with graffiti overnight Dec. 22-23.

Several trailers at Marden’s, 770 Main St., were tagged with graffiti overnight Dec. 22-23.

The walls of Rainbow Federal Credit Union were tagged with graffiti overnight Dec. 23-24.

Assault on an Officer Arrest

Michael Larochelle, 30, was charged with disorderly conduct, refusing to submit to arrest, assault on an officer and trafficking in prison contraband on Dec. 24 at 1:30 a.m. at the Blue Goose. Larochelle fought with officers and struck one of them with his fist as they were attempting to place him under arrest for disorderly conduct.

Robbery Arrest

Pierre Calhoun, 18, was charged with robbery, burglary and violation of bail conditions on Dec. 24 at 1:10 p.m. at the police station. This was following a robbery which had occurred at 113 Pierce St. the previous evening. The victim reports that the suspect burst through the rear apartment door, held a knife to the victim’s throat and demanded a handgun that was inside the apartment. The suspect then fled the apartment with a .45 caliber Llama handgun.

Operating After Suspension Arrests

Dale Eldridge, 34, was charged with habitual motor vehicle offender and failing to stop for an officer on Dec. 19 at 6:45 a.m. at Motel 6. An officer attempted to stop the vehicle on Pleasant Street. The operator continued driving until he reached the parking lot of the motel, where he pulled over.

Jeffrey Bradbury, 26, was charged with operating while license suspended and unlawful use of a license on Dec. 19 at 1:49 p.m. at Birch and Bartlett streets following a routine traffic stop.

Michael Maheux, 47, was charged with operating after suspension on Dec. 23 at 12:17 a.m. at Pub 33 following a routine traffic stop.

Operating Under the Influence Arrests

Daniel Tomlinson, 27, was charged with operating under the influence and refusing to sign a summons on Dec. 19 at 1:04 a.m. at Main and Bates streets following a routine traffic stop.

Joshua Mclaughlin, 18, was charged with operating under the influence on Dec. 20 at 12:35 a.m. at Grove and Mark streets following a routine traffic stop.

John Pietila, 33, was charged with operating under the influence and a probation hold on Dec. 20 at 6:52 a.m. at 258 Bartlett St. following a report of an accident where a vehicle struck a utility pole.

Eric Surawski, 35, was charged with operating under the influence and criminal speed on Dec. 21 at 1:24 a.m. at 1198 Lisbon St. following a routine traffic stop.

Michael Thomas, 23, was charged with operating under the influence on Dec. 22 at 1:44 a.m. at Stewart and Sabattus streets following a routine traffic stop.

Eric Mcneil, 26, was charged with operating while license suspended and operating under the influence on Dec. 22 at 3:19 a.m. at 248 Park St. following a routine traffic stop.

Vinny Despradel, 25, was charged with operating while license suspended and operating under the influence on Dec. 23 at 1:20 a.m. at Oak and Sabattus streets following a routine traffic stop.

Danny Howes, 55, was charged with operating under the influence on Dec. 24 at 2 a.m. at 73 College St. following a routine traffic stop.

Maria Allison, 21, was charged with operating under the influence on Dec. 26 at 12:58 a.m. at 2 Great Falls Plaza following a routine traffic stop.
