RUMFORD – The following arrests were logged by police:

• Michael D. Petrie, 26, Rumford, obstructing government administration, 8:20 a.m. Dec. 22 on Cedar Lane. He was released on $500 unsecured bail pending arraignment Feb 5 in Rumford District Court.

• Christopher W. Hines, 24, Jay, Oxford County warrant charging failure to appear on charge of disorderly conduct and a Farmington District Court warrant charging an all-terrain vehicle violation, turned himself in on 7:15 p.m. Dec. 21 at the police station.

He was released on $450 cash bail. Arraignment dates on both warrants have to be scheduled.
