BETHEL – Bailey Davis, Josie Reiss and Vicki Rice all scored 19 points to lead Telstar to a 62-40 triumph over Dirigo.

Davis and Reiss dropped three 3-pointers each, and Rice knocked down two of her own.

Nikki Kaulback netted a team-high 13 points for the Cougars, with six of her points coming from downtown.

The Rebels’ 19-point first quarter set the pace, and they never looked back.

Lisbon 36, Wiscasset 30

LISBON – Emily Moore drained a game-high 15 points to lead Lisbon to a 36-30 victory over Wiscasset in MVC girls’ basketball action Thursday.

Lisbon held a 19-11 advantage at the half and used a 16-8 run in the third to put the game out of reach.

Christy McAuliffe chipped in for the Greyhounds (4-3) with nine points. The Redskins (0-5) were paced by Sara Pierce with a 12-point performance, while Foxy Buck chipped in with seven.

York 52, Gray-New Gloucester 37

GRAY – Niki Taylor poured in a game-high 16 points to propel unbeaten York to a 52-37 triumph over Gray-New Gloucester.

York jumped out early with a 14-2 run in the first quarter, and Gray simply never recovered. Meredith Reed chipped in for York (7-0) with 11 points. The Patriots (4-2) were paced by Rachel Clement with 11 points, while Laura Getchell added seven.

Mountain Valley 55, Livermore Falls 24

RUMFORD – Vanessa Cayer netted 17 points Thursday night to propel Mountain Valley to a 55-24 rout over Livermore Falls.

Mountain Valley held a commanding 25-15 lead at the half.

Tanya Martin chipped in for the Falcons (3-2) with 10 points, while Lauren Lepage and Taylor Smith added nine each. The Andies were paced by Missi O’Connor with six points, while Erin Plourde and Hannah Therrian added four apiece.

St. Dom’s 64, NYA 43

AUBURN – Kelsey Murphy scored 20 points – 12 in the third quarter – to solidify St. Dom’s 64-43 decision over North Yarmouth.

Alaina Murphy added 13 points for the Saints (3-4), while Elise Applegate netted 11 and Catherine Joseph knocked down six with eight blocked shots.

NYA scurried to make a game of it in the second half, but just could not make up the difference. Katherine Merrill scored 15 for the Panthers (1-4), including one from beyond the arc. Blair Haggertt added nine and Kerch got eight, draining two 3-pointers.
