Grange supper

CHESTERVILLE – The Chesterville Grange will have a public baked bean supper from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 19. There will be baked beans, salads, casseroles, biscuits and homemade pies. Cost is adults, $6; children, $3.

Chinese auction

KINGFIELD – A Chinese auction will be held Sunday, Feb. 17, at Webster Hall, School Street. Doors will open at noon and drawing of tickets will be held at 1 p.m.

Admission and refreshments will be free. Tickets will be $1 for a strip of 10; $5 for six strips. There will be a variety of new and lightly used items as well as gift certificates and a 50-50-raffle.
