NORWAY – Victoria A. Radcliff, 63, of West Paris died Tuesday, Jan. 8, at Stephens Memorial Hospital.

She was born in Mexico on July 15, 1944, the daughter of Victor E. and Carrie R. Murphy Flagg. She had been employed at C.B. Cummings in Norway.

She is survived by four daughters, Tammy Brulotte of West Paris, Pamela L. Martin of Otisfield, Cynthia A. Cox of Lee, N.H., and Annette A. Welch of Lake City, Fla.; a son, Thomas Radcliff Jr. of Norway; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Florence Francis of Tavernier, Fla., and Mary Cash of Madison, N.H.; and a sister-in-law, Arlene Flagg of Seattle, Wash.

She was predeceased by her parents, a sister, Barbara Flagg; and a brother, Eugene Flagg.
