AUBURN – Dorothy T. Comeau, 77, of 47 Stevens St., Lewiston, died peacefully on Jan. 15, at the Hospice House of Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice, with her loving husband of 46 years at her side. She had been diagnosed with cancer in April 2007.

She was born in Lewiston on Dec. 16, 1930, the daughter of Odilon and Alexina Blais Labadie. Educated locally, she married Raoul J. Comeau on April 16, 1961. She was semi-retired, working at BJ’s for six years as a demo lady, and prior to that was employed for several years as a baker for Meals on Wheels.

Besides her husband of Lewiston, she is survived by her two sisters, Marie Paul Badeau of Gorham and Sister Gilbert Labadie of Quebec.

She was predeceased by her parents; and a brother, Roland Labadie.

Her family would to thank the nursing staff and doctors at Central Maine Medical Center, the Hospice House for all their great comfort, and to Dr. Olstein and staff.
