AUBURN – Elma A. Harbert, 93, of Minot Avenue, went to be with the Lord peacefully on Jan. 16, at Clover Manor.

She was born on Feb. 15, 1914, the daughter of Frank and Susan (Moffet) Kittredge.

She worked for an attorney’s office in her early years, and later went on to work as a clerk at the Auburn Agway farm store for several years.

She enjoyed arts and crafts, tending to her flower garden, cooking, social gatherings and time spent with her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her sons, Robert Greeley and his wife, Verna, of East Poland and Tom Greeley of Auburn; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her parents; husbands, Arthur Greeley and Michael Harbert; daughter, Nancy Fitchie; sisters, Helen Corson and Pauline Lebel; and a brother, Bernard Kittredge.

The family of Elma would like to thank the staff at Clover Manor and Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice for the wonderful care provided during Elma’s stay.
