LIVERMORE FALLS – A Green Street resident’s home was broken into Wednesday and an envelope containing money was taken, police Chief Ernest Steward Jr. said. The amount stolen wasn’t disclosed.

It appears that a window was removed to gain entrance because the window was taken apart, Steward said, but there was an unlocked door at the residence as well.
