Arrest

• Jerry Robinson, 59, of East Dixfield, operating under the influence, at 10:10 a.m. on Main Street. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on March 4.

Accident

• Vehicles driven by Carey Sylvester, 32, of Ellis Avenue, Dixfield, and Robert Charity, 32, no address available, collided at 12:30 p.m. Dec. 17 at Ellis Avenue and Weld Street. Sylvester’s 1999 Pontiac Grand Am sustained damage to the front end. The GMC van owned by Naples Packing Co. driven by Charity had scratches. Estimates on the dollar amount of damage were not available. Roads were snow covered at the time of the incident.
