BRUNSWICK – Rev. Peter Panagore, author of “Two Minutes for God: Quick Fixes for the Spirit,” will be at Borders Saturday, Jan. 26, at 2 p.m. for a book-signing. An ordained minister for 20 years, he appears every morning on two NBC-TV affiliates in Maine for his two-minute Daily Devotions segments, and his stories are broadcast daily on radio stations across the world.
He has been minister for the First Radio Parish Church of America www.dailydevotions.org) since 2003.
“Two Minutes for God” provides daily infusions of faith through witty and poignant devotionals. In all 365 entries, Panagore uses real-life experiences and a quick wit to examine faith from new angles and perspectives. Addressing contemporary but timeless topics such as love, loss, healing, work, mythology, celebration, and family, each brief entry features an inspiring story accompanied by a prayer and thought for the day. Some chapters are full of devotionals for holidays and holy days.
