BANGOR (AP) – Bail has been set at $100,000 for a 34-year-old man charged with shooting his wife as she hid under their bed in LaGrange.
A Penobscot County Superior Court judge set bail Wednesday for Jeremy Hart, who has been held without bail since his arrest on Dec. 2.
Hart is charged with fatally shooting his wife, Kristen Smart Hart, on Nov. 29.
According to court affidavits, several people were at the Hart’s house at the time of the shooting. One man told investigators the shooting occurred after Jeremy Hart walked in and caught him kissing Hart’s wife.
