Dear Sun Spots: Help!
After reading the article about Princess Savannah Hurley, I posted to try and get an address for her. After discussing with my Red Hat Chapter we would like to put a basket together for her with a pink hat and make her an honorary Pink Hatter. Can anyone help us with this? I may be reached via e-mail at [email protected] or phone at 751-7449 or mail at P.O. Box 6494, Brunswick, ME 04011. – Jacqueline Libby Delasso, Brunswick.
Dear Sun Spots: Do you know if any local nursing homes could use a walker and new portable commode?
I would like to give these items to someone who could use them.
If a nursing home could use these, I could either drop them off, or someone from there could pick them up.
Please contact me either by e-mail with Sun Spots in the subject line or call any time before 6 p.m. I may be reached at 164 Davis Ave., Auburn, ME 04210, e-mail at [email protected] or by phone at 782-2671. – Bill Haslam, Auburn.
Dear Sun Spots: Can you or any of readers tell me where I can purchase the beautiful layered necklaces worn by the female characters on the soap “Days of our Lives”? I have searched the Internet with no luck. Hope someone can help me. – No Name, Lewiston.

Dear Sun Spots: I was wondering if you or your fellow readers might have the installation CD that I could borrow for a Lexmark printer. I bought my stepdaughter a used computer and printer for Christmas, and the owner can’t find the installation CD. We need that for the computer to recognize the printer. The model is Print Trio Photo, Model 3150. Can anyone please help us? I will be happy to mail you the CD right back, even certify mail it. Or if I’m close enough I can come pick it up. I may be reached at 998-4595. – Katie Maheux, West Poland.
Answer: In addition to responses from readers, Sun Spots wonders if you might consider checking out eBay and the Internet in general. In the meantime, Uncle Henry’s is also another great resource. And lastly, have you contacted Lexmar themselves to see if their technical support department might be able to assist you. You may reach them at their U.S. and international headquarters, Lexmark International Inc. 740 New Circle Road NW, Lexington, KY 40550, or online at www.lexmar.com., or via phone for Inkjet Printers at 1-800-332-4120 or 1-800-539-6275 for laser printers.
