This is in regards to a story that was printed Jan. 19 on the front page. In the story, a juvenile (under the age of 18) was named, as well as the pending charges against him.

Even though the person charged was within one year of becoming an adult, he was still a juvenile, and his name and charge were exposed for all to see.

Such a public outing of a juvenile, or any other non-convicted person, seems to be in opposition to what I was taught in school about the Bill of Rights and other ideas in the Constitution.
