NEW YORK (AP) – Mary-Kate Olsen will not be questioned by detectives about the death of movie star Heath Ledger, NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly said Sunday.

“There’s no indication investigators were going to speak to Mary-Kate Olsen,” Kelly said at a news conference. “They determined they had all the info needed from witnesses on scene: That’s the cleaning women, the masseuse.”

Kelly also said police are waiting for toxicology reports on the 28-year-old Australian actor before they decide to charge Diana Wolozin, the masseuse, for practicing without a license.

Wolozin found Ledger’s lifeless body Tuesday afternoon in his Manhattan apartment, the day she had an appointment with the famous actor.

Police have said Wolozin made three calls to the “Full House” actress before dialing 911 for help, then phoned Olsen a fourth time after paramedics arrived.

At some point during the calls, Olsen, who was in California, summoned her personal security guards to the apartment to help, police have said.

Olsen hasn’t spoken publicly about the calls. She has only said: “Heath was a friend. His death is a tragic loss. My thoughts are with his family during this very difficult time.”

The cause of Ledger’s death will not be known for at least a week, after medical examiners complete toxicology tests.

Authorities suspect a possible drug overdose, but nothing conclusive has been determined. Several prescription drugs were found in the Manhattan apartment where Ledger’s body was found.

Ledger’s body is being flown back to Australia.
