MECHANIC FALLS – Steven M. Eskuri, 34, of Judson Street, Mechanic Falls, died Sunday, Jan. 27, at his residence after a very sudden illness.
He was born in Mt. Clemens, Mich., on June 22, 1973, a son of the late Robert E. and Janet I. (Ginther) Eskuri. Steve married the love of his life, Danielle Hines on Oct. 2, 2004, at East Auburn Baptist Church. He had been working for Wal-Mart in Brunswick as an asset protection coordinator.
He was attending East Auburn Baptist Church. He enjoyed sports, especially hockey and the Red Wings and his Detroit Tigers. He also enjoyed fishing and snowmobiling with his three partners, Ted, Rudy and Kenny. People who knew him know how much his family meant to him, especially his little daughter Stinker, as he loved to call her. They would play hide and seek almost every night.
He leaves his wife, Danielle, their daughter Kailyn and a baby on the way that he was so excited about; a brother, Timothy Eskuri and his wife, Barb, of Michigan, and their children, Emily and Abigail; a sister, Karen Ling of Michigan, and her children Jennifer, Kelly and Shannon; his in-laws, Richard and Henrietta Hines of Minot; sister-in-law, Dorothy Morris and her husband, Edward, of Mechanic Falls, and their children Brianna, Emily and Deidre Hines of Mechanic Falls.
