Bake sale

MEXICO – A bake sale will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, at Wal-Mart. Proceeds will benefit the Apostolic Youth Groups of Rumford missionary trip to the countries of Norway and Wales in March.

Dog sled races

FARMINGTON – Dog sled races will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 2 and 3, at the Buzzy York Farm, Routes 2 and 27. Awards will be presented Sunday afternoon at the warming hut. There will be food available. For more information, call Mark or Joy at 645-2864.
