Travis Cyr of northern Maine will return to She Doesn’t Like Guthries at 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2. He will play songs from his newly released CD, “A Gentle Force,” which F.W. Hopkins of Sweet Dream Recording said “is winning the hearts of jam band lovers, folk lovers, bluegrass lovers, songwriting lovers and lovers.” Travis describes his music as “cerebral folk music – combining vividly honest and poetic lyrics with aggressive, fast-paced acoustic guitar work.” There is no cover.
