Mallory Long, daughter of Joseph and Nancy Long of Lewiston, has been named to the dean’s list for the 2007 fall semester at the University of New England in Biddeford. Dean’s list students have attained a grade point average of 3.30 or better out of a possible 4.0 at the end of the semester.
A 2006 graduate of Lewiston High School, Long is a major in occupational therapy. She is also involved in lacrosse, snowboarding club and surf club.
Ryan Fleury of Winthrop, son of Kim Fleury, has been named to the dean’s list at Emerson College in Boston, Mass. His grade point average is 3.75 for the first semester of his junior year at Emerson where he is enrolled in the bachelor’s degree program for journalism.
Victoria Langelier, daughter of Bert and Deedra Langelier of Poland, has been named to the dean’s list for the 2007 fall semester at the University of New England in Biddeford. Dean’s list students have attained a grade point average of 3.30 or better out of a possible 4.0 at the end of the semester. A 2004 graduate of Lewiston High School, Langelier is a major in medical biology.
Katherine Lindquist, daughter of Victor and Carol Lindquist of Poland Spring, has been named to the dean’s list for the 2007 fall semester at the University of New England in Biddeford. Dean’s list students have attained a grade point average of 3.30 or better out of a possible 4.0 at the end of the semester.
A 2007 graduate of Poland Regional High School, Lindquist is a major in psychology. She is also involved in ultimate Frisbee.
Kristin Waterman of Sabattus has been named to the dean’s list at the University of New England in Biddeford. She is the daughter of Peter Waterman of Sabattus and Cathi Waterman of Old Orchard Beach.
Waterman, who is majoring in marine biology, had had a 3.5 grade point average through five semesters. She is a junior and likes to play piano in her spare time.
Charles Connor Rasmussen of Auburn has been named to the dean’s list and has received high honors status for the fall semester at McDaniel College in Westminster, Md. High honors are given for a grade point average of 3.70 to 3.89.
Elizabeth Patry, daughter of Phil and Claire Patry of Minot, has been named to the dean’s list for the 2007 fall semester at the University of New England. Dean’s list students have attained a grade point average of 3.30 or better out of a possible 4.0 at the end of the semester.
A 2001 graduate of Hebron Academy and a 2006 graduate of the University of Vermont, Patry is a major in nursing.
Noelle Duncanson of New Gloucester was among those making the Nichols College dean’s list for outstanding academic achievement in the fall 2007 semester. In order to be included, a student must have a minimum grade point average of 3.2 for at least 12 credit-hours and received no grades below C+ during the semester at the Dudley, Mass., college.

A 2006 graduate of Edward Little High School, Champagne is a major in dental hygiene.
