MINOT – Susan Fortier would like to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of her daughter, Jessica Anna Fortier, to Justin Smith of Sidney, son of Donald and Doreen Smith of Sidney.

Miss Fortier is the granddaughter of Jane and Renaud Fortier of Minot and Frank and Meredith Dalessandro of Livermore Falls. She is a 2004 graduate of Edward Little High School and 2007 graduate of Central Maine Community College with an associate degree in liberal studies. She is currently employed at Affiliated Computer Services.

Mr. Smith is the grandson of Betty and Curtis Smith of Sidney and Nancy Harris and Earl Barrett of Sidney. He is a 2003 graduate of Messalonskee High School and is currently employed at Fabian Oil.

A June 7 wedding is planned at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Auburn.
