Lewiston – Dorothy H. Drouin, 59, of Greene, passed away on Feb. 1, at Central Maine Medical Center.

She was born on Feb. 16, 1948, in Lewiston, the daughter of William and Cecilia Parker.

She enjoyed sewing, decorating, yard sales, gardening and spending time with her family.

After college she worked as a kindergarten teacher at Greene Central School and later taught Head Start.

Her most recent work experience was as a service coordinator for Child Development Services, Androscoggin County, in Lewiston.

She is survived by her two children, Matthew Harkins and Amy Gross; her life partner, Edwin Savage; two grandchildren, Owen Gross and Olivia Gross; and her brothers, William Parker and James Parker.

She was predeceased by her parents, William and Cecilia Parker; and her husband, Daniel Harkins.
