Bean supper
LEWISTON – Holy Family Council 10019, Knights of Columbus, will hold a public bake bean supper from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, at Holy Family Church Hall. The hall is located in back of the church downstairs. The chairman of the supper is Robert Roberge.

AUBURN – Ashlar Lodge 105, AF and AM, will work a Fellowcraft Degree on Monday, Feb. 11, at the Auburn Masonic Temple, 1021 Turner St. There will be a 6:30 p.m. supper followed by the work at 7:30. All Masons are welcome. For more information, contact Steve Peterson at 777-1728.
Club speaker
AUBURN – Members of the Auburn Art Club will meet at 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 11, at the High Street Congregational Church.
Speaker will be Rachel Desgrosseilliers, executive director of Museum L-A. The museum, housed in the historic Bates Mill in Lewiston, was created in 1996. The exhibits showcase the history of the Industrial Revolution and Lewiston-Auburn workers.
Scholarships
POLAND – The Scholarship Committee of Excelsior Grange 5 has announced that applications for the Grange Scholarship are available from Barbara Driscoll, 21 Maple Lane, Poland, 998-4942, or Sally Fournier, 60 Pleasant St., Mechanic Falls, 345-9076.
Applicants must be a grange member or related to a member of Excelsior Grange, and applications must be received by April 30. The winner will be notified by May 31.
MS speaker
LEWISTON – The MS Support Group and Caregivers will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13, at the Lepage Conference Center, 99 Campus Ave.

Bridge results
LEWISTON – The Lewiston-Auburn Social Bridge Club winners at the Multi-Purpose Center on Feb. 4 were: first, Cynthia Bonsey and Sue Kaluzynski; second, Mary Leahey and Dick Allen; third, Cynthia and Bill Clifford.
