LEWISTON – Gwendolyn Irene Storer, 81, of Lewiston, formerly of Fall River, Mass., and Farmington, died late Wednesday, Jan. 30, at Central Maine Medical Center.
She was born May 13, 1926, in Farmington, a daughter of Raymond Edward and Velma (Colburn) Wilson. She received her education in local schools and was employed at the Wilton Woolen Mill and Livermore Shoe.
She was a former member of the Big Brothers/Big Sisters program. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend.
Survivors include her children, Denna Solomon and her husband, Ray, of Fall River, Mass., Cindy Lou Blazer and her husband, Kevin, of Lewiston, Earl Baldwin of Lewiston, Barry Baldwin of Durham and George A. White and his wife, Josephine, of Wilton; 15 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
