Arrests

• Melissa Helms, 22, Rumford, domestic assault, 7:25 p.m. Feb. 5. She was released on $300 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on April 8 in Rumford District Court.

• Jane M. Bradford, 45, Rumford, warrant charging failure to pay fines on charge of operating after suspension, 3:10 p.m. Feb. 5. She was released on $360 cash bail. No arraignment date has been set.

• Genie F. Provencher, 29, Rumford, warrant charging failure to pay fines on charge of obstructing government administration, 2:25 p.m. Feb. 4 on Rumford Avenue. She was released on $155 cash bail. No arraignment date has been set.

Accidents

• Jan. 25, 2:32 p.m. – A 2000 Dodge car driven by William A. Frisbie, 57, of Rumford, collided with a 2007 Toyota SUV driven by Norman J. Hutchinson, 26, of Peru, at Waldo Street and Lincoln Avenue. Damage to the SUV was estimated at $10,000; to the Dodge, $4,500.
