TURNER – The wedding of Melissa Martin and Daniel Bisson was held Aug. 10 at the Great Outdoors in Turner.

Mrs. Bisson is the daughter of Carleen and Mark Champagne of Lewiston and Clifton and Sylvie Martin of Litchfield. Mr. Bisson is the son of Raymond and Lucie Bisson of Lewiston.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a white summer wedding gown. The bride’s sister, Adrianne Mercier, was matron of honor. Bridesmaid was Tanya Wing.

Eric Wing performed the duties of best man for his friend. Deagan Lemay, son of the couple, also played an enjoyable part in the ceremony.

A reception followed at the Great Outdoors, after which the couple traveled to Costa Rica. They are residing in Lewiston.

The bride is a 2003 graduate of the University of Southern Maine, where she received a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She is employed at Central Maine Medical Center.

The bridegroom is a graduate of Lewiston High School and has been supervisor for Bisson Painting and Carpentry Inc. for 15 years.
