East Bethel – Albert Eben Foster, 87, of East Bethel, died at his residence on the morning of Feb. 10.

He was born in East Bethel on May 5, 1920, the son of Daniel and Nannette (Abbott) Foster and was educated in local schools. He served his country in the Army during World War II, returning to East Bethel to work on the farm which was his life. He loved all animals, especially cats.

He is survived by a nephew, John Foster and his wife, Agnes; as well as many other nieces and nephews.
