BANGOR – Eaton Peabody has announced that David C. Pierson has been named as a shareholder of the law firm.
Pierson is a member of the litigation/dispute resolution practice in the Brunswick office. He built his practice by representing contractors, subcontractors, modular home manufacturers and dealers in residential and commercial construction matters over the past 13 years. Pierson was named a leading lawyer for construction law by Best Lawyers in America in 2007, based upon client surveys. He is a director of the Auburn Business Development Corp, Lewiston Development Corporation, and the Good Shepherd Food-Bank.
Pierson graduated cum laude from the University of Maine School of Law. He also is a graduate of the graduate faculty of the New School for Social Research and Bates College.
He resides in Portland.
