• 600 Turner St., Auburn: CitiFinancial signed a lease for 1,700 square feet at new strip mall. The financial services company will relocate offices from Center Street. Brokered by Team Fletcher/Millett Realty.

• 115-123 Pleasant St., Auburn: Former Monroe Inn for sale. Built in 1870, Victorian home operated as a bed and breakfast until last year. Parcel contains 5,153 square feet of inn space and three apartments. Asking price, $499,000; brokered by NAI/Dunham Group.

• 28 Lafayette, 370, 392 and 403 Sabattus, 18 Golder streets, Lewiston: All slated for demolition by St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center. The buildings are being leveled to provide more parking space and to preserve expansion and new construction options for the future, according to a hospital spokeswoman.
