Love is the strongest feeling known to man; it motivates us to do good and evil things, it heals and destroys, comforts and causes pain. It will fix a skinned knee with a simple kiss, mend a horrible day with a hug, get you through life with a feeling of security in your loved ones, by being part of a family.

But these days, most people will walk away and give up

I say do not walk away if you can help it; try to fix it. In the end, you’ll be glad you did.

True love is knowing no matter what, you have someone in your corner, right or wrong, true love is when you’re so tired after work, but you go home and take care of each other.

True love lets you speak your mind and still know you will be loved. True love is old comfortable love, the love you know is always going to be there, and you don’t have to question it.

True love is what I witnessed with my father-in-law watching his wife of 40 years die of cancer, while he took care of her. It is enduring, and only length of years will show you this kind of love.

I am blessed to have that with my husband. I am blessed I stuck it out, I am blessed that in the end, we have deep enduring love today. I encourage all to stick it out, and find that true love.
