LEWISTON – A funeral Mass honoring the life of Alma G. Vachon was celebrated on Friday at Holy Family Church after prayers at the Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home. The Rev. Lionel Chouinard celebrated the Mass and recited committal prayers at St. Peter’s Cemetery. At the conclusion of Mass, words of remembrance were expressed by Mrs. Vachon’s grandson Chad Higgins. Pallbearers were Chad Higgins, David Mason, Armand Pomerleau, Mike Pelletier, Greg Stearns and Zak Bergeron. A reception of fellowship was held at Marco’s Restaurant after the services at the cemetery.
