LEWISTON – Sherrill E. Merrow, 60, of Ridgewood Avenue, died Thursday, Feb. 14, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center after a long, couragous battle with cancer.

She was born in Shrewsbury Mass., on Feb. 6, 1948, a daughter to the late M. Howard Mason and Hazel (Spaulding) Mason. She graduated from Edward Little High School, Class of 1966. Sherri worked for many years at Banknorth. She enjoyed many things in life, but her family was the most important thing to her. Her grandchildren were her greatest joy, she cherished every moment they spent with their “Nana.” Also very special to her was her beloved dog Chloe.

She leaves two daughters, Lisa Anctil and her husband, Scott, of Lewiston and Tracey Camire and her husband, Rodney, of Sicklerville N.J.; five grandchildren, Linsey, Jacob and Aiden Camire and Emily and Tanner Anctil; a sister, Marilyn (Phil) O’dell of Oregon; a brother, David (Katie) Mason of Texas; and many nieces, nephews and in-laws that were very special to her.

She was predeceased by a grandson, Caleb Camire.
