RUMFORD – A Mass of Christian Burial for Philip T. Theriault, of Rumford, was celebrated at 11 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 16, at St. Athanasius and St. John Church, Rumford, with the Rev. Angelo LeVasseur as celebrant.

Altar assistant was George Gionet. Organist was Mark Belanger.

Music selections were “Amazing Grace,” “Wind Beneath My Wings,” “You Raise Me Up,” “The Lord Is My Shepherd” and “Jui Le Voi Lejur.”

Readings were given by Bev Theriault and Joyce Elliott.

Eulogy was given by Jasmine and Kathy Brooks.

Honor delegation present was from the V.F.W. and American Legion.

Pallbearers were Jacob Brooks, Greg Theriault, Frank Theriault, Richard Theriault, James Theriault and Ronald Theriault.

Interment in the spring with military honors will be in St. John Cemetery, Rumford. A reception followed at the Parish Hall of St. Athanasius and St. John Church.
