LEWISTON – Gregg E. Batterson, 52, of Lewiston, died Monday, Feb. 11, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center.

He was born in Portland on Jan. 25, 1956, the son of Earl and Patricia (Ware) Batterson. He was a graduate of Rocky Hill High School in Connecticut, and later graduated from the University of Connecticut.

He worked for several years as an accountant for the Regis Inventory Co.

He is survived by his children, Michelle and Nicole Butler and Joshua and Raegan Batterson; grandchildren, Caden Batterson and Sebastian Butler; two brothers, Scott and Mark Batterson; his sister, Kim Batterson Biglow; several nieces and nephews; and his dear friend, Linda Hampshire.
