• Christopher M. Labbe, 35, of Rumford, Feb. 19, domestic assault, $3,000 bail, Rumford Police Department.

• Joshua A. Bernard, 23, of Rumford, Feb. 19, Rumford District Court warrants for failure to pay fines for disorderly conduct and failure to appear in court on a charge of assault, $310 bail, Rumford Police Department.
